Well she is. Kind of like Ted Kennedy should have been charged with vehicular homicide. He never was, but we all know he did it and politicians are rarely fully charged with anything.

That's how it works, he is responsible for his employees that work on his behalf in his name in regards to his property.

He is and that's why he lost a lawsuit. He didn't employee these people as Trump employees, he paid them to find tenants. He didn't vet them because for all he knew this company found tenants for other property owners and had no reason to think they would be racist about it.
