This is the best take I could find in the comments. Also, Google isn't your only alternative resource. There's public libraries. You can torrent many great college courses, sometimes even legally. You need to know what to look for, sure. But my professors literally just sold me their own book or an overpriced Pearson course. Very helpful.

It's honestly depressing how all the world's governments combined literally have invested trillions of our tax money into education, yet they can't just buy the rights of the worlds best college courses in the world and put them in a global database for everyone to use for free. Imagine if they'd just do that. What a concept right?
