Islamic State magazine steers jihadists to U.S. gun shows for ‘easy’ access to weapons

People that sell guns should know he is a suspected terrorist before they sell him a weapon. But nah that's asking too much, cant inconvenience the gun owners.

So wait, the terrorist on the watch list should be able to check if hes being spied on? Nice!

"hey muhammed, go try and buy a gun from someone, if they deny you the FBI is onto us."

I'm actually all for having private persons be able to background check other private citizens for gun sales. I know i wouldn't want to sell a gun to a prohibited person. Problem is, a person on a watch list, is a legal citizen who has committed no crime. You can't strip rights because you "think" someone is going to do something. Put up or shut up.

Are you fine with stop and frisk in NYC? I mean, hey 16-24 year old minorities in gang infested areas are much more likely to have illegal items on them... whats wrong with just randomly stopping them and frisking them right?

Still no defense for the no permits or extend mags.

I actually think permitting is a good idea, so long as it is free to do and actually is worthwhile and not just another step to disenfranchise people. NY charging 500 dollars for permits (without giving you any classes) and taking a year is fucking absurd.

Almost like you know "but i like no having to reload at the range!" is a shit-tier excuse

Home defense? What would you cap magazines at? 15? 10? 5? 1? Anything below 15 and you're basically saying "lol well i hope the person you're defending yourself from also follows mag limits because if not i hope you enjoy him having double your capacity!"
