I agree he's a bit better than the current lot but he's still been there to help create the entire thing. He can't have been a part of GOP leadership for decades and not claim part of what it turned into, even if you don't like it.

I don't mind promoting legalisation but to be a person who supported the war on drugs and helped fuck up lives and communities and then to seek to profit now? We shouldn't reward the assholes that helped make the mess. Really should be trying to route this new industry through the same communities we fucked over, not the people that did the fucking.
