You’re out of your mind. Making veiled threats by using an unrelated defamation case is not “deescalation.” And don’t pretend like you don’t know what you’re doing by throwing that case around. She truthfully explained she was not contractually entitled to a refund but that she could not recommend the business because of their general shitty, albeit contractually permitted, behavior. That’s on another planet from a defamation case that involved clear lies, and you’re only throwing it around to try and scare the other party into removing their social media posts.
