Normally I would say 100% we cannot judge an entire race by the actions of a few, but unfortunately we have no reliable mechanism of seperating the people who want to kill us from the people who don't. Therefore the only solution is a ban.

So you are a racist. Why not separate white and black people while you are at it so they don't kill eachother. That's the same reasoning they used for apartheid in South Africa. It's also the same reasoning for Nazi Germany. You just think brown-skinned Muslim people are inferior, it's not about safety since Muslims have killed hardly anybody. All the recent terror attacks recently have been AGAINST Muslims, if anything we should be banning non-Muslims. The Olathe shooting, the Quebec state shooting, the NY state bomb plot, the Kansas bomb plot, the list goes on.

As far as the constitution being amended, the essential DNA of the constitution has stayed the same. The government's duty is to protect the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. If allowing immigration from a certain country endangers American citizens, it is the government's duty to stop it.
