The state Ethics Commission found that there was no violation on the first complaint because money was given to his company and not him personally. There was no violation in the case of the second complaint was as the money was correctly reported elsewhere.
The Ethics Commission did find that he failed to report income in 2014 from the St. Charles Health System. He amended is filings to include that income and did declare that income in 2015 and 2016.
So one actual violation, not multiple ones as bendercousin claims.
