Sorry if you misunderstood me, I'm not saying its okay because these may be people who wouldn't be following guidelines in the first place. I am not a fan of any large gatherings like this at this point, or really small ones either. I think everyone should be restricting access to any other people who they are not quarantining with, so households and going to their physical place of work if necessary.

I was just pointing out that the people who are participating were likely going about without a mask or not socially distancing in other places in town, and this is not necessarily an out of character action for them to be gathering and disregarding social distancing in this setting.
