Ketogenic diet for epilepsy-feel horrible about having to measure things.

What happens if I vomit with dairy and can't tolerate nuts (hives)?

I can't be a dietician because of the seizures. I also get cluster headaches and high magnesium foods (e.g. a ton of vegetables) are helpful to them. I already know the feeling of being a social pariah from celiac, but I got around that. However, I'm not going to be able to eat at people's houses anymore, or cheat at all on this.

When I got diagnosed with celiac, I viewed it positively because my weight was so horrible (87 lbs) and I felt so awful that I actively sought out what to eat. I was introduced to all of these amazing foods like quinoa and chia seeds. I started eating more vegetables and meat and fat again, and managed to put on weight. I got around feeling like a social pariah by suggesting non-food related events or bringing a lot of food over for other people.

With this...I won't be able to go over to my boyfriend's parent's place because his Russian mom (who makes amazing, delicious cabbage rolls and fermented pickles) will be offended if I don't eat her food. I won't be able to eat at my brother's place, because even though he and his wife are the healthiest people I know, I can't count carbs in anything they cook, and I will have to control portion size.

Since being on this diet I have been vomiting so that I can't eat before 1 pm every day, I'm barely sleeping, I keep fainting from low blood pressure-I add a ton of salt to everything but I also have naturally low blood pressure and am on a medication to control cluster headaches that lowers my blood pressure. This diet was to control atonic seizures, so I am at essentially the same risk for injury and I generally feel horrible.
