I want to "kill" my host's consciousness and take over.

C: that's an interesting question, and the answer is just as interesting, but it's also complex and kinda confusing too, but in short, it depends. You see our system differs from most others, in addition to DID we also have really bad schizophrenia, now that causes our headspace to be different than most systems, we have an entire world, it's called othrey, but for us it's completely real, you can touch the walls, see them, smell things, taste things, it's like the real world, it just isn't real. Now the reason this is important is because we can interact with each other in othrey, and we can also fight, you see our brother Jericho believes that I'm not fit to be our main, and so he and those that follow him have been fighting us for a very long time, trying to kill us and take control, since we have othrey, since it is so real for us we can hurt each other, and if one of us is hurt to the point where they give up, they commit a type of mental suicide. Now here's where your situation comes in, now I imagine that you don't have a headspace that's so real like ours is, so causing physical pain is out for killing off an alter, so that only leaves causing psychological and emotional pain, but trust me, if you want to do this to end their suffering, this kind of action will only serve to cause more of it, as it's driving someone to suicide it takes a lot, were guessing that you don't want to do this, you want to let them just drift off or some such, but it just doesn't work like that, at least from what we've seen. There's also the matter of what your host's wishes, if they don't want to die you don't have the right to take away their life, even if your intentions are good they have a right to live if they so choose, it might be hard, but they have that right. We understand how hard this is for you, but in this situation murder is not a good solution, he'll it may not even be possible at all, so you should start thinking of alternatives, what can you do to help your host reduce their suffering? How can you help them to get better and be happier? If you'd be willing to give us more information of the type of suffering your host is going through and their situation we'd be glad to help however we can, but you need to work on making things better, mercy killing isn't a good idea, and it isn't really very merciful anyway, stay strong and do your best, and come talk to us if ever you need.
