My wife's concussion has produced a DID personality.

She had a brick wall collapse on her head when she was a child, was told she wouldn't walk again but did. These doctors always give a different answers in her country as pretty much anyone can become one so it's frustrating for us both. I have to convince her to take medicine then convince her to stop because it's not working, etc. As far as I know she never had epilepsy only mood swings from her injury and the "specialists" there say from CT and MRI scans its purely concussion.. I am currently abroad in my own country and until I can get there next month the best option I feel is to have her admit herself somewhere for care, as by the time any appointments she makes comes up she's not herself and will not go. I can have her tell the doctors to check for epilepsy as well, doesn't hurt as I had her checked for hormone imbalances amongst other possibilities to try and rule things out. Thank you for the concerns we are doing our best, her window of being herself is very small though as she goes back to sleep when she come back after maybe 10 minutes.
