I lost my finger and now I'm in debt

I worked for my uncle for 14 years, His son fell twice during this time. Once from a ladder, the second time from a slate roof they were...Pressure Washing. He fractured his foot the first time and my uncle forced him to say he was hurt playing basketball, we were only 18-19 at the time and didn't really know why and he wouldn't explain anything. The second time he told him to retrieve a slate shingle the came loose from the roof they were pressure washing, he refused and got yelled at and cussed out on a womans roof so he did it and slipped, he fell about 20 feet and landed on her deck right beside the hand rail. 1 foot over was a 40 foot drop that would have destroyed him. My uncle wouldn't take him to the Hospital for that one so he called his friend to take him. Again, he was forced to make up a story. That was a horrible thing to be put through just because you can't afford health insurance. I felt so sorry for him and helped his dad while my cousin was hurt. I then realised we were dealing with a fucking moron. I can't believe I helped him for as long as I did but I only did it for my cousin.
