LPT - If you suffer from bad posture or upper back pain, do the downward dog and upward dog yoga pose a few times a day.

I just posted this because I personally have had incredible relief from doing these two poses everyday for the past few months and I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

I'm sure you are correct, however not everyone has access to a professional that can customize a plan for them. Frankly, I personally find your post discouraging to people who want to try some basic stuff at home. You make it seem like it's so complicated and out of reach for the average person.

If a reader is currently not doing ANYTHING about their bad posture, would you rather them continue to do nothing OR would you rather they try some basic yoga poses and exercises at home?
