I could hear her talk to other people and then when she talked to me it was like she'd just sucked a bag of helium and ran a marathon. High pitched and breathy at the same time. Told me 10 some odd times that she was single AND had supported her last man. Just worked into conversations.
She walked up, did this weird cross her feet standing up thing that the runway models do and said something like, "Hi, i know you just got in and always get bombarded and i want you to know I'm not here because i need you to do anything. I just thought I'd ask how you are? It seems I'm always telling you about my life..." in that breathy little girl voice.
I spun around on my chair to face her and what came out of my mouth was, "i don't need that in my life."
She busted up laughing and her hole demeanor changed and from then on acted normal around me. I admit i was a bit of an asshole there but it all worked out for the better.
