Yes, but lots of these will look like the actions taken were reasonable on review given what info was found. This guys HEART score was probably a 3 or less.

I had one early on that I think about every time if i'm questioning if I should do more:

25y/o came in complaining of an intermittent chest heaviness, says there was no associative factors, no pattern to it. Serial EKG was stone cold normal, cardiacs were negative x 2. Was talking to him about follow up and one of the episodes happened. I literally felt like I was watching this kid die for about 5 seconds, then it passed.

Refused to discharge. Got into it with cards about wasting a bed. Finally begged and in the course of events the next morning they found a 99% to the LAD.
