Man who pushed woman to her death at Times Square station, NYC this morning being taken in custody

the white guy is simply experiencing race-motivated bullying while black people are experiencing genuine racism.

Then this right here is definitely one of the problems, amongst countless others, of course. Any type of negative race-motivated beliefs or actions is simply racism. And yes, there are varying degrees of racism (verbal assault, physical violence, etc.) but it's still racism.

The constant moving of the goal posts, attempting to redefine or co-opt words to fit a group or one's own view isn't helping anyone.

Words exist and have meaning. People can't just ascribe their own beliefs to a word or choose to interpret it differently. But obviously this is part of the current global state of affairs where people simply attribute their personal opinions as fact, where in actuality, facts are not subjected to opinions.
