I''ll probably get hate for it, but the bears can do a lot worse than Pace. I'm not sure anyone would disagree when I say Nagy is as pathetic as it gets with laycalling and game managing.

In Pace's tenure he built a team that had legitimate super bowl hopes. Since then it's been pretty universally agreed that the bears have underachieved given their roster...especially this season.

When healthy, they had a legitimate WC playoff team this season. The O-Line and Vildor are really the only two glaring issues. But I don't think anyone can seriously say that this team's offensive talent equates to 16ppg. With a better coach than the current "offensive guru" I think the bears would be 6-4 right now, and that's with a tough fuckin schedule.
