This is Matei, CEO of Lift & Co. (TSXV:LIFT) and I'll be back tomorrow (Tuesday) at 5pm EDT for my second AMA.

Why does Lift seem to have so much trouble retaining employees?

Web: www.lift.co – the largest database of federally regulated cannabis product reviews in the world – and Lift Rewards – the leading cannabis loyalty program in Canada;

How can users know that these reviews are real and contain valid data, as opposed to short, meaningless positive or negative comments? Why should consumers trust your reviews? Especially given that Lift has an ongoing financial relationship with numerous LPs?

Events: Lift & Co. Expo – the country’s largest industry tradeshow – and the Canadian Cannabis Awards – the industry adopted standard for product and business excellence

Do you foresee any challenges or adjustments in the wake of new marketing regulations after October 17?

these assets provide some of the most effective marketing solutions within Canada’s restrictive advertising rules and generate a wealth of consumer and product data insights we provide to the industry.

Can you explain how you are able to get around the marketing regulations? In other words, with the existing marketing restrictions, how is Lift able to navigate around them?

Lift & Co. Rewards program

How is this different than the old awards program and how, in yo ur opinion, is not not in violation of marketing regulations that promote use.

Entered into a licensing agreement with Think AHLOT Corporation to sell five winning strains from the upcoming 2018 Canadian Cannabis Awards in a co-branded multi-pack product

Since THINK AHLOT is not a licensed producer or retailer, how do they sell strains?
