Medusa’s Disco has been rocking together since June of 2012. In the early days, the band was known as “SEEDS” and played only acoustic sets. As time went on, Wynton, Alex, and Hunter decided to try plugging in and found that the electric sound was a greater canvas to paint their musical tones. Tyler joined the band as a bassist in August of 2012 and the band started writing music for their first album and playing shows in the central PA area. The band then released “Questioned By A Ghost” at The Chameleon Club in December of 2013.

Questioned By A ghost got several great reviews and helped gain them a lot of exposure in the tristate area. In the spring of 2014, SEEDS had to change their name due to legal reasons and settled on “Medusa’s Disco”. To solidify this name change with fans, “Medusa’s Disco” released a music video for “Box Of Animals” and later in the summer a live album; Max J Variety Show. The band kept playing a large number of shows, many of which were in the surrounding states of PA.

In October of 2014, “Medusa’s Disco” went back into the studio to record their second album; Forked Tongue Fables. The album was released on Jan 2nd 2015 to a rambunctious audience. Medusa’s Disco is currently playing more shows in the tristate area and are planning very big things for 2015. Read more on Last.fm.
