same :( I was in the emo part of tumblr and it was so fun, just a bunch of kids with an unapologetic love for cringey music. seems like everybody in my circle of like 1-200 people were artists and we all supported each other's work, reblogged each other's selfies, tagged each other in weird memes. golden age of tumblr memes were the wittiest, funniest, weirdest memes I've ever seen to this day tbh. I miss that style of humor. there was this comforting sense of community that I don't know how to describe, and have never seen before or since online anywhere, it's bizarre. also cause we were all into the same aesthetic it was funny to see the literal same post reblogged like 10 times back to back by different people lmao. it was such a fun little platform, I don't know why everyone suddenly stopped using it. I fell into an abusive situation and deleted all my social media for a long time or I'd probably still have a blog. man OP this post really made me reminisce for a minute.
