rant i really want to get diagnosed and just get it over with under 18, i even saved up for it for months and now i have the money but im scared abt telling my dad since... i have no idea what his reaction will be. theres a big stigma and big lack of education about mental health and disorders where i live i dont want it to be a big deal but it kinda is for us, so if i dont even have adhd... idk man. plus i have terrible terrible anxiety (going to a general phsych instead of an adhd specialist to get it checked out as well) ive been doing really well with calming myself down but thinking about telling my dad just gives me so much anxiety and my mom seems so annoyed with me now because of how often I mention adhd and the diagnosis to her. thats all, just wanted to get it off my chest
