Most disastrous personnel move: TSM dumping Doublelift or 100T dumping Meteos?

Building a strong roster around Bjergsen would never be a bad idea, and nobody would expect that bringing Zven and Mithy on to TSM would have ended up as it did. Now after more changes it is accepted that TSM can be a contender for taking NA even with the rough start to this split. Meanwhile 100T traded their NA native jungler who has always performed at least decently to try out Levi, even though that would means they would have to bench Ssumday who was arguably the best NA top in 2018? Then they ended up playing AnDa who got a lot of well-deserved criticism and they're now shaping up to end up 10th two splits in a row.
