My (18F) boyfriend (19M) would rather give money to rich Twitch streamers than homeless people.

Lots of people (especially people without much life experience) lack the perspective empathy to understand your point. How big of a deal it is depends on how strongly you feel about it, how strongly he feels about it, and whether or not he's open to growing as a person about this issue. Some people are just ignorant and learned an attitude like this from their parents, and parrot it back without actively thinking about it. I would talk about it, feel out the overall situation and then decide what to do from there. Could be anything from breaking up, to making an effort to learn more about the issue, to agreeing to disagree. Don't be afraid to hold your partner to a standard of decency and leave if they can't meet it. That's how you avoid ending up with a shit husband.
