I broke up with a girl because she was with another girl but that was because she didn’t tell me. Your dude is tripping for some reason. I mean who would say to let them know beforehand and not just after it happened. Like flirting for 30 minutes watching stuff, and then you get closer to each other, they go in for the kiss and oh! Hold on let me text my bed and let him know we’re about to kiss. Its reasonable to either text him that it happened that night or when you next saw him. And you didn’t do anything outside of the physical boundaries you both agreed on. I think the only thing you should’ve different is not agreed to the beforehand but the rightafterhand. So I don’t have much advice, but hopefully reassurance that you shouldn’t beat yourself up and I personally think he’s wrong to freak out and break up like that.
