You are literally berating me for something that has nothing to do with you. I got insight on the subject here from other people who were able to explain it to me without yelling at me. It's not childish to dislike a food. Some people don't like certain foods, vegetables included, and that's allowed. We don't have to like every food ever.

And yes, I posted somewhere else in this thread where someone suggested just sending an apology and I did and got no response. She's continuing to talk passive aggressively on facebook and ignore me. I've tried to reaching out to her multiple times. I had hoped we could have a conversation where I could apologize and we could talk about the situation like adults. But she apparently would rather end a friendship over an oversight on my part. I could understand her being this mad if I had just showed up with food without asking. But I didn't. I asked to bring food, she said no, and I said we wouldn't go.
