Only you can know does she rly love you or not? does she get home on time? how does she act when she gets home? does she sometimes go to meet some friends and are they rly "friends" or maybe that coworker? these are questions that u need to know answer to. If they are all good and she rly loves you then I don't rly see the problem, she was probably forced and didn't wanna admit that it was forced cuz she was ashamed. The fact that she even mentions it to you after so long probably means she finally had courage to tell you after getting over that awful experience and probably loves you enough to tell you about it, otherwise she would probably never even tell you.
