One of my teachers said Kirby wasn’t a trans icon

It neither says samus is trans. How can we go assuming everyone is trans I'm so confused. I feel like that only reduces what it is to be trans and all the pain I've gone thru as such And now everyone who's not specifically cis is immediately categorized as trans? Like that's it? I'm trying my best to understand and ask questions without trying to sound rude. If I do my apologies. I actually want to create more characters. And would love to show more representations. But there's some stuff I dont understand. And for the record, I dont have to. I dont have to accept or agree or understand. I just have to respect, and I do. But if I want to create characters that more people could feel identified with I need to know more so I ask you now cause you're agender. As far as I can read next to yer user name. If I ever do an Agender characters would hate if I make it wrong and do a misinterpretation that could be taken as offensive or rude.
