Neil deGrasse Tyson #metoo'ed

As a lawyer, the more i see these accusations, the more i'm afraid for the future.

Like he said himself, when there is no obvious proof of whos right, it'll end up being your word versus theirs, which results in the public opinion going towards what they think its right and with the whole #metoo bullshit going on, the public leans towards the accusation, rather than believing the guy being accused(which should be the norm, "innocent until proven guilty" anyone?).

However, my biggest gripe here is how badly can someone's life and career be damaged by a simple accusation, hes going to be forever marked now, even if this ends up being false, but the person who accuses, even if its false, gets very little punishment for doing so in comparison to what happens to the "guilty" party.
