I have no words at the loss we have all suffered over covid-19. If you're having a bad day, please go easy on yourself

Pretty much EVERYBODY on Earth today has the absolute right to feel sad, and extra stressed, and have crying moment about this horrific Sars-Cov-2 virus.

Some people deal with it by getting angry and lashing out, and pretending it doesn't exist.

So I'd certainly say your way of dealing is FAR healthier than them!

My GF and I actually suffered a lot last year when we caught the virus early on, and had very extreme symptoms, with me coughing up spots of blood. What made me feel the worse however is that we gave the virus to our elder pet cat, Dexter, who was 16 years old.

His older cat immune system was simply no match and he literally died in my arms running a high fever, also coughing up blood from his lungs, while I just sat there and cried and cried and cried finally holding his lifeless body.

So I certainly understand ANYBODY who has anxiety waves and cries about this virus and what it's done to the world.

We're highly social creatures, so to cut off the majority of our socialization and physical contact with others like this, for so long, is horrible for the human psyche.

But while having moments of crying, also have some moments to take heart: human civilization will survive and triumph over this virus. Though we will leave too many behind, we'll also keep marching forward into the future.

That's all we can do.
