My school tried this shit on me, they handed me a paper with incredibly vague language essentially giving full untethered access to anything laptop related. It was such an obvious attempt to spy on me that as. 14/15 year old I could see that it was ridiculous. They wanted me to agree to let a RAT run on it at all times, which after I googled the program turns out gave them access to the microphone, camera, my screen and mouse, I mean it was everything. When I asked them about it I was told it was so if there was any technical problems they could fix it remotely. When I told them I wasn’t going to take it, they told me it wasn’t up to me that I had to ask my parents.

Suffice to say when my parents found out, and I explained exactly the kind of access they wanted inside our home they went ballistic.
