I don't think you actually understand how suboxone works if you think that most people only went to the pharmacy "when their dealer was dry". For one, you can't just willy-nilly substitute suboxone for heroin, you WILL feel like even worse shit if you take the suboxone before the heroin has left your body. Also you can't just come and go to doctors offices whenever you want a refill. You go there usually once a month and only get a refill for 30 days and you get drug tested every single time you go. If you fail, you don't get the suboxone and you generally will be kicked out of the program. Also, I don't know if there is a similar issue with meth, but with opiates there is something known as PAWS which lasts for months after primary withdrawal. I mean what the fuck are you even talking about "theres no medical/physical addiction going on at that point, as they've been living without it for weeks"? That's not how this fucking works dipshit. Typically when you go through the worst of heroin withdrawal there isn't any actual heroin left in your system, yet the addiction is still there. If you're as clueless as you seem maybe you need your license revoked until you go back to school so that you might actually know what the fuck you're talking about.
