She doesn't know that for a fact. It's just another way to turn the vaccinated against the unvaccinated.

Everyone I currently know catching covid are all vaccinated. But I don't currently know very many unvaccinated people anymore...and the ones I do know, are all either children, or they are adults still working from home or still social distancing. IMO, as the vaccinated population increases, they are likely now giving it to each other. No vaccinated people I know personally have had any severe disease or hospitalization, as promised. But they are all starting to catch it, like the flu.

Powell had cancer. Unfortunately a vaccine is only going to be as good as a person's immune system is healthy enough to be able to generate antibodies. That's why traditionally we protect immune compromised individuals.
