The point is, as others have said, it's not really "China's fault" exclusively. The world just handed them over manufacturing for literally anything imaginable, what the fuck did we expect?

The alternative would've been to keep the manufacturing in the West, which makes 0 sense "economically", whilst having the same CO2 output overall in the end. It's not like the West has done anything significant to halt climate change, and if they didn't do it while barely having any manufacturing, what makes you think that they would've done it if they had more?
