[OC] Population changes by state in 2022.

Isn't New York overpopulated and overpriced because of that, though? Whereas Texas on the other hand is far from overpopulated. It's a genuinely huge state, especially compared to New York, with a lot of affordable housing opportunities. And much like New York they have pretty good job markets in and around the cities.

New York has something like 20m people living it. Texas has around 30m. But you can fit five New York's in Texas.

So of course they're losing population. That's more or less the story with every state that's losing population. They're just heavily overpopulated and also overpriced due to being overpopulated.

I'm just saying. I'm not sure what point you're making?
