Ocarina of Time Beaten in Under 10 Minutes

true point of speedrunning: mastering the game's mechanics.

The reason these come up is because people are interested in it. There are also plenty of people interested in non-glitched runs and everything in-between.

None are any 'truer' than another and if the runners and viewers enjoy watching these glitched runs, what difference does it make? Saying glitchless are the 'true' way of speedrunning does nothing but try make one superior to another for no practical reason.

Nobody does a glitched run and goes, "Ha, I am so much better than those glitchless runners, I did it in minutes as opposed to their hours". It's a separate category. Nobody except pedants care.
