OK guys do you consider people that reject the Trinity and/or the divinity of Christ Christian?

I get where you’re coming from.

My main angle was that the English church was one that “split” from Rome, akin to the Eastern Orthodox churches so would them not being a newly founded church stop them from being Protestant.

In general the English church since the reformation has been described as Protestant, even used by the coronation right of the monarch.

Anglican orders are a complex subject, always have been but I’ve seen some change in opinion from Roman Catholics, even from the start the opinions of if they are valid or not really split Roman Catholic theologians working on the issue.

The infusing of Old Catholic which Rome considers valid, and Eastern Orthodox orders within Anglican ordinations in the 20th century has muddied the waters even further
