It takes a lot of time to sort through the chaff. You're super fortunate you're swimming in matches! This will run contrary to what many folks say in this sub - it's often very negative. But date a lot. If you talk to somebody on the phone and they sound cool, meet out for a beer, or a cup of coffee.
Note: I say meet out for a drink - because it's low key, low stress, nobody has to dress to the nines. And pro tip? Only have those happy hour type dates on a "school night". Why? It gives each party an easy out! So you meet for a glass of wine, in 20 minutes you can tell it's a NO. Shortly thereafter you can say hey dude, I have a 6:00 a.m. meeting I just found out about before I left work, good to meet you, got to go! Yet if it goes awesome - you can have a second drink, maybe an appetizer, maybe even sit at the bar and have a meal together.
