Old people of reddit. What do us whippersnappers get to look forward to "one day"?

I had been training in gym for 10 years since i was 16 combinimg it with lot of sitting at computer and foxed gym routines. I became a wreck. Stiff neck, pain in the upper back clicking in shoulders wrists that feel as if though they will snap if i flex my knuckles.... One might say i was getting old and fucked my body up for good.

I quit gym. Studied principles of yoga and ancient martial arts aswell as breathing and atonomy. I know every joint every muscle every nerve. I had to do it after 2 years of failed attempts of physical therapies massages and countless visits to multiple doctors just to end up being diagnosed withhyperlordosis kyphosis and scoliosis in my thoracic spine. Telling me that my spine is screwed and i can merely do prophilactic exercisrs to slow down my descent into hunchback oldman.

I have to say all of this is bullshit. As long as you put conscious approach to every single movement pattern our body is designed for you can reverse any disease. Any. So keep your fingers and toes mobile. Rotate your shoulders in every dimension especilaay in those that are uncomfortable, in our day and age most of us have weak external motions. Keep the neck strong amd mobile by acreaming like a brute and opening jaw as wide as you can. Bite in things like tigers do to their prey. Loo around with the neck. Have strong and tight core have your abs stay tight and rigid unless you want to relax for a bit. Stretch every tight muscle and look for weak points. Analyze your feet. Be critical about them. Walk barefoot and challenge your feet to withstand walking on rough surfaces. Punch the ground like chimps do. Every microtear in bones will make them denser and stronger. Do all this as lomg as you can and you will stay young for a long time.

Easentially it is all about having every single part in our body functional. You can qorkout all day. Dont count reps or sets, dont look for training routine. Explore the movements you are unable to perform and move in ways that hurt. It will hurt less the more you move.

Hope this helps people who think they are getting old. Sometimes it simply a lack of movement. Also fuck a lot. If you cant then imitate fucking.
