Okay, suppose the story is true, then he got nothing out of it, he merely helped people steal stuff, but himself got nothing from it. Also his statement might sound pretty awful, but it's technically correct. After the fall of the Nazis the Soviets took over and they stole and plundered everything they could. So if he helped the Nazis steal it or wait for the Soviets to steal it, ultimately it didn't matter, because "someone took it". Soros did so much bad stuff in his life, but the fact that he may have helped some people steal some stuff in the biggest war in human history when he was a 14 year old kid is the thing you want to focus on?

Besides that wasn't even the point. The point was how he is supposed to be a Nazi? Him possibly having helped people that might have been Nazis steal some property in a world war, doesn't make him a Nazi. The US Army helped the Soviets steal tons of stuff, does that mean all US soldiers were communists?
