Caretakers costs - $18000/ year (roughly 12 Lakh INR). IN this amount one could have hire 5 caretakers.
Pre-nup - They hold no legal value in India. In a place like India where they are so uncommon, one would even think about it if they have inherited wealth or earn substantial amount. Both are not the case here.
Therapy - My school had therapist/ Psychologist. But she dealt with academic issues, disciplinary issues and sex ed not personal student issues. My school was among most expensive in tier-1 city so what OOP describes is possible though highly unusual.
Salary - $4000/ month (roughly 3 Lakh INR) after a career break of few years in India seems rarest of the rare case.
