Palantir (PLTR) insiders sold over 4 million shares between 8/20 - 8/24

First of all, it’s not the CEO’s company since it’s trading publicly.

Second of all, just because he is the founder, that does not mean he can get as much stock as he wants. You are literally implying that since he founded the company he is obligated to have and sell as many shares as he wants. That literally penalizes shareholders for investing in a company that’s currently not in profit with the hopes of future growth. If the the management does a good job then they will receive compensation accordingly. Karp was literally one of the highest paid ceo of 2020 and the company is still not profitable. Yes he did a good job running the company beating estimates etc but when the company is still losing money that’s kind of ridiculous. To each of there own but imo I feel like that was premature.
