[Pelissero] Both teams lined up at the 24-yard line. A tribute to Kobe Bryant.

It's the context of their deaths that makes the difference.

I'm not a basketball guy at all. I knew who Kobe Bryant was, but he really had no impact on my life whatsoever, never watched him play, didn't care. Robin Williams effected my life more, I grew up on his movies, he was one of my favorite actors and he made me laugh.

If Kobe had killed himself or accidentally OD'd or something his death wouldn't have really blipped my radar. But the context of it all; a freak helicopter crash due to bad weather, his daughter being with him plus 7 others including 2 other kids, the thought of if they knew their deaths were imminent right before the crash, that's all been fucking with me for some reason.
