Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf signs executive order to protect LGBTQIA+ community from conversion therapy

I don't necessarily agree with this executive order. It's not the intent I take issue with; after reading it, I think that the specific language is too limiting and could cause some potential issues. If I am interpreting the wording correctly, even asking someone with a dissociative disorder (potentially comorbid with GD, potentially the sole cause of symptoms) that is causing them to lose their grip on reality to wait to transition until their other symptoms are managed could be considered conversion therapy. If someone was severely schizophrenic and thought he thought he was Joan of Arc, based on this order, it seems like you could have your ability to accept Medicaid funding pulled if you did anything but affirm them and recommend that they transition. That seems like a huge potential issue to me.
