Well people do all of these things. Some more and some less... some not at all i guess.

It could be bad luck that you are seeing so much. I barely see that kind of behaviour right now, but I HAVE seen all of it before. So... either I'm having better luck or you are having bad luck.

It could be that you are in a bad part of town for example. Or come from a more crime- ridden area where people have less morals. Or perhaps not.

I haven't had people telling me to lie on resume or applications, the opposite actually. So thats a good sign that perhaps the area you live in has different morals.

Yeah anyhow I guess its no fun to deal with.

I think there are better people than that.
