People who choose to get up early and workout, what is your inner talk that motivates you out of bed?

I was never a morning exerciser until I started yoga (and I also realized if I don't want to work out in the evening, that I need to work out in the morning - or get fat). My class is from 7-8:30am, I wake up at 6-6:15 and have my coffee + get as much ready for my work day as I can so I'm not rushing around when I get back. It's just a really peaceful way to start the day, and it's a great feeling knowing that I already exercised that day and that I can go straight home and be lazy without feeling guilty. For a month I told myself I would go to an 8:30pm yoga class at my gym, and I never went. 8:30 is when I start to wind down for bed. I finally bit the bullet and joined a yoga studio that had morning offerings. So it isn't even necessarily the yoga practice that makes me go, it's the satisfaction of knowing I don't have to exercise after work haha. I've only been going about 2 weeks, but another thing that helps is waking up at the same time every day (I wake up at 6-6:15 for yoga 3x during the week, and now for work as well the other 2x, just to get a bit more done). So it doesn't seem like I get to "sleep in" on days I don't have yoga, and I "have to wake up early" for yoga.
