5’5”, 170 lbs. . I do crossfit five days a week, and I do accessory strength work two to three days a week, and extra cardio two days a week (usually interval work on an indoor rower or incline treadmill) one rep maxes for 270 for Bench and 315 for back squat (I’m two years out of ACL reconstruction, so building my legs back up has been a bit of a struggle.)

I’m looking at leaning down to 160 lbs while still maintaining as much strength as possible. I had a body fat scan done about a month and a half ago that had me at 19%, though I am not sure what it is now. I’m aiming for at least 15%, or ideally 12%.
