President Trump on Friday threatened in a tweet to cut foreign aid to Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador, accusing the Central American countries of "doing nothing for the United States but taking our money"

I would like to ask about the subtle racism part you mention. I don't see what you mean.

Wouldn't it have to be a singular race history and ignoring the history of other races? Isn't the west made of many races? America recognizes achievements by all races in their history. If we were to assume west meant mainly the US.

I just don't see the racism part. It's more like they are only acknowledging their own countries achievements. That's more along the lines of just being selfish or attempting to inspire their own people to be as great as their history?

America even has black history month.

What do you mean subtle racism? Not acknowledging another countries achievements has nothing to do with race.
