PTO - Hourly vs VP

I know an AVP at a national level company. She gets 2 months of vacation, but can bank up to 3 months. It's on an hourly rolling basis. So as she works, she gets like 8 hours pto added to her allotment every week. INSANE bonuses. Like 50-75k a quarter on top of like 150k salary, which is a percentage of company profits. She gets company stock quarterly. Permanent work from home position. But it does also turn in to 60-70 hours a week easy with all the meetings she has to take part in 4 different time zones. She has special phone numbers for the different departments. Kinda like having bat-phone number for the IT department, gives her instant and full access to anything she needs IT wise. Company paid for internet at her home. There's probably more perks I'm not even aware of

Man the upper class really has us by the freaking balls and gives us fucking nothing.
