r/NFL Roast of the: Green Bay Packers (1/32)

Wisconsin truly is the armpit of America, an overrated flyover state utterly devoid of culture, beauty, and any other redeeming quality you could think of.

Packers fans should be ashamed of themselves for all the time they've spent over the last twenty years acting as though their state is the Mecca of pro football, when in reality it is nothing more than the Idaho of the Midwest.

These aforementioned fans belong to one of the most belligerent, irritating, and elitist fanbases in all of the NFL. Week in and week out, they continually bother me with their worship of the least likable roster that's ever been assembled.

I mean, look at their offensive line. Not only do they get away with bear-hugging (or even downright tackling) D-linemen on every play; they also all look like some early form of humanoids that've just emerged from their caves after a million-year hibernation. I might actually hate them more than I hate John Kuhn, which would be an accomplishment in and of itself. Never have I seen a player get worshipped so intensely for the least-exciting five-yard gains that you could imagine. I will dance in the streets on the day that Kuhn retires.

Also, Clay Matthews is one of the dirtiest players in the NFL. On the bi-weekly basis that Matthews decides to maul a defenseless player after the whistle, Packers fans immediately spring into action, sucking Cheetos dust off their sausage fingers in order to type out a long-winded comment on /r/NFL that actually defends Matthews' actions. It's disgusting and yet another reason as to why I find Packers fans to be an unholy abomination.
