The only way to fix racism is at the source. It's a learned hatred so isolate the teachers.
It starts off everyone is equal. Then you try and apply to college and with 3.8 gpa can't get scholarships. I'll admit it is worse for Asians. Then you go to college and have student loans up the tail pipe. Then you watch multiple football players with free college get tossed in jail repeatedly losing something you'd be grateful to get. Then you start apply for jobs. Then you get to see AA in action. After all there are 100's of white males. So you work two jobs. You bust your tail. You go get more schooling. You pay off your debts. You better yourself.
Then you watch some fake rape cases. You see guys getting tossed from college 2 years after an alleged sexual assault in kangaroo courts. Then you look up the stats on rape and look at various numbers on interracial rapes. Then you watch multiple cities burn because a criminal is shot by cops. You watch a president disrespect law enforcement. Where was he in the cases where cops were justified? A person beating a Hispanic man is killed and the guy with the rap sheet is a "good boy" and it is a white man who shot him. A black shooter guns down two nonwhite cops in NY.
So you look up violent crime stats. Wow. You watch black people saying how only whites can be racist. We watch a lady with a black power t shirt loot a store.
Then you watch 3 black police officers, in a city with a 43% black police force, with a black female mayor, controlled by the Dem's for years have to call out the national guard because their city is burning with the a black president and somehow whites and cops are to blame? Then you watch them back pedal because you can't say thug. Then you watch them blame the police because now crime is out of control in those areas. Where are the cops? You find news articles with people saying "get that white" barely mentioned and oh they didn't get charged with a hate crime.
So then 1 dipshit white guy shoots 9 people with 1911, a gun that wouldn't even be banned by NY insane 7 round mag rule and we now have 24/7 coverage. So the conversation turns to gun control? Racism? Now we are talking about flags? The hash tag we will shoot back pops up. You should have been shooting back a long time ago and it wasn't at whites. Try the people selling drugs to your kids. Oh oh, but wewillshootback, it is meant in self defense, and not whites. If trends hold the same as last year double the white people will be killed by blacks than whites kill blacks and that isn't per capita.
You have 200 people who "didn't see anything" when the block got shot up. News articles are become laughable because they don't mention race. You can't say thug. You can't say urban youth. A Bosnian man is beat to death with a claw hammer by 3 urban youth. Did you hear about it?
So now in the mean time we have had at least 3 block parties shot up by nonwhite shooters and the president is no where to be found. By now more black people have been killed than died in the church shooting and it wasn't whites that did it.
Supplement the fix through the education system.
By doing what? Throwing more fucking money at a culture that disrespects law and order, hard work, and "acting white" and has 70% of it's children born out of wedlock. It is all over the college textbooks a 2 person household is the best for a child. A culture that has 47% of black males failing to graduate highschool in four years.

You can toss all the money in the world at this issue but it won't fix shit and it certainly isn't white America holding anyone back.
Take a look in the fucking mirror. I'm not sure what else you want other than someone to write you a check for a million dollars but even that wouldn't fix the issue. It would be like the lotto winners that go broke after a year because they are horrible with money.
